The XVII edition of the J2IFAM 2026 Conference will take place at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from February 23rd to 26th, 2026.

J2IFAM has grown into much more than a conference — it is a meeting point for young researchers passionate about Atomic, Molecular, and Optical Physics, as well as related fields in physical chemistry. For five inspiring days, early-career scientists from around the world will gather to exchange ideas, share their latest research, and build collaborations that will shape the future of our field.

This year’s program will feature keynote lectures from leading scientists, oral and poster presentations from BSc, MSc, PhD, and postdoctoral researchers, and plenty of opportunities for networking in an open and collaborative atmosphere.
