Designed for students and early-career researchers, ELISS provides participants with a comprehensive introduction to the generation and applications of intense lasers and instruments based on them. The programme will include a combination of extended tutorials and overview lectures, along with an opportunity to obtain practical skills through hands-on activities, laboratory tours, and more. ELISS is open to Undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD students, as well as early-career researchers interested in laser science and its applications.

Participants are encouraged to present their latest research during the ELISS poster session, providing an opportunity to share ideas, receive feedback, and discuss scientific challenges with peers and experts. Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD students may also take part in the poster competition.
