28th International Conference on High Resolution Molecular Spectroscopy (PRAHA 2026)

31 August 2026 - 04 September 2026

Registration for the 28th International Conference on High Resolution Molecular Spectroscopy (PRAHA 2026) will open on May 10th, 2026. The Conference will take place in Prague (Czech Republic) the days August 31 to September 4, at the campus of the University of Chemistry and Technology Prague (UCT)

This international meeting brings together the molecular spectroscopy community to share recent advances in high-resolution rotational, vibrational, and electronic spectroscopy. The program combines invited lectures, thematic mini-symposia, contributed talks, and poster sessions, covering experimental techniques, theoretical approaches, and applications ranging from laboratory astrophysics to atmospheric science and molecular physics.

The conference places strong emphasis on open scientific exchange and the active participation of students and early-career researchers, offering a collaborative and welcoming environment for discussion and new scientific connections.

Detailed information and the First and Second Circular can be found at https://hrms-praha2026.cz/ or the Conference repository at https://icmolspectrosc.org/

The Conference will be organized around plenary talks, three mini-symposia (Spectroscopy of exoplanets, Chirality and chiral recognition and Ion spectroscopy), oral contributions and posters. The plenary speakers include:

Bernadette BRODERICK, University of Missouri, Columbia (USA)
Sandra BRUENKEN, Radboud University, Nijmegen (Netherlands)
