The joint annual meeting of the Laserlab-Europe AISBL and the Horizon Europe project Lasers4EU offers a central forum for networking and collaboration, bringing together representatives of leading research institutes, industry representatives and early-stage researchers to discuss the latest developments in laser-based technologies and their scientific and industrial applications. The Annual Meeting, held in a hybrid format, will take place from 26 to 29 May 2026 at HiLASE Centre and ELI Beamlines in Dolní Břežany, Czechia.
This year’s meeting will include the General Assemblies of Laserlab-Europe AISBL and of the Lasers4EU project, topical sessions, as well as a poster session and an exhibition area. The topical sessions will focus on:
- The Role of Lasers in the Future of Space Development
- Unlocking Stories from the Past: Laser-based Technology for Cultural Heritage
- AI for Laser-based Systems
- New high-intensity Laser Applications in Health
During the poster session, users and early-stage researchers will have the opportunity to present their latest research, while the exhibition area will provide a platform for industry representatives to showcase their technologies and services.
