The PhD projects focus on innovative Raman-spectroscopic techniques for drug monitoring in biofluids, gas sensing, and biomedical imaging. We work at the interface between physics, chemistry, engineering and life sciences. Our goal is to research and develop novel optical spectroscopic techniques for highly relevant biomedical and life science applications.

We are looking for applicants with skills in the development of optical setup, knowledge in optical spectroscopy and interest in interdisciplinary research. We offer a friendly vibrant atmosphere, excellent lab instrumentation and cooperations. The positions are fully funded (salary approx. 4.5 – 5T EUR/month).
