PhD Position Computational Chemistry / Machine Learning at University Basel, Switzerland

Applications are invited for a PhD position in theoretical and
computational chemistry/biophysics in the group of Markus Meuwly in
the Department of Chemistry at the University of Basel, Switzerland.

Candidates should have a degree in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, or
related fields. The main theme of our research is the development and
application of machine learning-based energy functions (force fields)
for atomistic biomolecular and chemical simulations to characterize
and understand reaction mechanisms, the spectroscopy and the nuclear
