The goal of the meeting is to bring together different actors of scientific communities, from developers to end-users. The primary focus is to highlight progress in different areas, fostering discussions and meaningful interactions on the current state-of-the-art and future developments. Special emphasis is put on the technological aspects, by providing an overview of the cutting-edge progress in generating and characterizing ultrashort optical pulses, and by highlighting demanding applications. Topics include ultrashort pulse generation and characterization, attosecond science, frequency conversion, spatio-temporal pulse structuring, post-compression, mode-locking techniques, light-matter interaction, ultrafast metrology and more.
