SUMMARY:17th International Conference on Physics of Advanced Materials (ICPAM-17)
DESCRIPTION:The 17th International Conference on Physics of Advanced Materials (ICPAM-17) and 8th Autumn School on Physics of Advanced Materials (PAMS-8) will be held on November 16th – 23rd\, 2025\, at Shizuoka University\, Hamamatsu Campus\, Japan and online. \nThe main objective of ICPAM-17 is to provide a forum for scientists involved in physics of advanced materials\, emerging nanotechnologies\, and new devices\, to exchange their ideas\, knowledge and experience. ICPAM-17 sessions will address recent advancements and new strategies and will include keynote\, invited\, oral and poster presentations that cover a wide range of hot interdisciplinary research topics. ICPAM17 also offers a space for sponsors/exhibitors to present their services\, products\, innovations\, and research results. \nTopics at ICPAM-17: \n\nThin Films and Nanostructures for Modern Electronics\nFundamentals of Plasma and Laser-Material Interactions and Processing\nMaterials for Energy and Environment\nMagnetic Materials\, Spintronics and Related Devices\nNanostructures and Low Dimensional Systems\nEmerging Electronic Memory Materials and Devices\nPolymer Materials and Composites\nBiomaterials and Healthcare Applications\nFunctional Materials. Processing and Characterization\nNew Developments in Sensing Materials and Sensor Devices\nTrends in Condensed Matter Theory\nSelf-assembled and nanopatterned materials and their ion beam modification\nAdvanced photonic materials and devices\nBioeconomy and technologies for the circular economy\nMaterials in conservation-restauration of cultural heritage monuments and objects\nAdvanced photocatalysts for industrial and environmental applications\nArt\, Science and Technology\n\nPAMS-8 is focused on providing interdisciplinary expert training\, involving both fundamental knowledge and current research topics. Besides their contribution in the PAMS-8 poster session\, the attendees may have a presentation in ICPAM-17.To encourage young scientists\, we offer awards for best poster and oral presentations\, a special category for the best student paper and other awards.
