Open PhD and PostDoc Position on Axial Nonlinear Phononics, FHI Berlin / HZDR/TU Dresden, Germany(Deadline:30.09.26)
We currently have an open PhD Position on the Emmy Noether-funded project on “Circular Phononics: Driving Matter by Phonon Angular Momentum” as a follow-up to our recent Nature Physics (+ Cover) publication. The experiments will be conducted at my group at FHI Berlin in the first year and will then move to a newly established lab in my department at HZDR in Dresden.

In addition, we have an open 2-year PostDoc fellowship within the European LEAPS Ultrafast program. Candidates should apply with their own research proposals and will be selected by the program.
