6 pm - 7:30 pm: Visit of the old building of the University of Salamanca, visit of the "Sky of Salamanca"
8 pm: Working dinner
30 October
9 am - 1 pm: Laserlab-Europe General Assembly meeting
Transfer to CLPU in the Science Park
2:30 pm - 4:30 pm: CLPU site visit
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm: Transfer to Salamanca
How to get to Salamanca
By Plane
The closest international airport is Madrid-Barajas with a direct bus service (Avanzabus, 2h30) to Salamanca. The bus stop is situated in the Terminal 1 of the airport, in the car-park located opposite the arrival lounge.
For participants in the General Assembly meeting, we plan to organize a bus transfer on Sunday, 28 October, around 7 pm, to Salamanca.
By Train
RENFE offers daily railway connections between Salamanca and Madrid-Chamartín, Bilbao, Valladolid, San Sebastian and other international connections to Lisbon, Paris, Oporto...
There is a taxi rank outside the train station in Salamanca.
