DESCRIPTION:The symposium “Probing coordination complex electronic structure and photochemistry with advanced x-ray and ultrafast optical methods” will take place at the 46th International Conference on Coordination Chemistry (ICCC)\, in Odense\, Denmark\, June 28th – July 3rd. See https://iccc2026.com/ \nThe symposium will focus on advances in understanding of transition metal complex electronic structure\, reactivity\, and dynamic photophysical and photochemical processes. The emphasis will be on the use of advanced\, operando\, and time-resolved x-ray spectroscopies in combination with ultrafast optical methods. Both experimental and theoretical methods are invited. \nWe would like to encourage you and your coworkers to participate in this symposium and submit contributions for oral or poster presentations. Abstract submission is currently open at the link above. The abstract submission deadline is March 10. When submitting your abstract\, please select the following research topic: ‘Usage of advanced x-ray and ultrafast optical methods’ under the theme ‘Electronic and molecular structure – methods and modelling’.
