One postdoctoral position is available at the University of Padua, Italy, starting in the first half of 2025. The appointment is for 1 year (+1 year extension).
The postdoctoral researcher will work in the Theoretical Chemistry Group on the integration of Artificial-Intelligence techniques in the analysis of chemical bonding under the supervision of Dr. Sergio Rampino (http://www.chimica.unipd.it/sergio.rampino/).
Candidates should have a degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or closely related disciplines and a strong motivation towards scientific research. Familiarity with basic electronic-structure theory and scientific programming is very welcome.
